The Rubber Crossing for Heavy Vehicles
The rubber pad is an important part of the track structure. It is installed between the steel rail and the concrete sleeper. The main function is to buffer the high-speed vibration and impact generated when the vehicle passes through the rail, protect the subgrade and sleeper, and electrically insulate the signal system. In addition, since the rubber pad is exposed to the atmosphere for a long time, it is required to have good natural aging, cold resistance, and heat resistance. The rubber pad for the subway is required to have good shock absorption and low noise performance. Our special rubber pads, applied to the tracks with special profiles, enable us to achieve maximum vibration damping. Special rubber agglomerate cushions can be very useful for acoustic rail protection. A special version is also available to prevent the propagation of parasitic currents. |

Reinforced Rubber Rail Pads have been specially designed for the soft mounting of crane rails, being mounted either continuously on steel or mixed on concrete and steel, along with Gantrail or Gantrex fixing clips. They are manufactured as a vulcanized synthetic elastomer strip, reinforced with a steel strip. The upper face is grooved. The design reduces the wear of the rail and its support: - absorb the uneven surfaces. - improve the contact between rail and support. They are especially resistant to wear, shear, crushing, oil, greases, oxygen, and ultraviolet rays. Designed for service temperatures from -25ºC to 100ºC. For other temperatures, please consult us.
